A nice creamy dip to serve with crackers or toasted baguette. Ingredients:
1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts |
1 (4 ounce) can green chilies |
1/3 cup grated cheddar cheese |
1/3 cup grated monterey jack cheese |
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese |
1 cup mayonnaise |
Directions:
1. Drain artichoke hearts and chop. 2. Drain chilies and chop. 3. Add the rest of the ingrediants and place in a small baking dish. 4. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 15-20 minutes and serve hot. 5. Can be made ahead of time. |
