A party hit! Ingredients:
1 (8 1/2 ounce) can artichokes, chopped (not marinated) |
1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies |
1 (4 1/2 ounce) can chopped black olives |
1 cup mayonnaise |
1 cup grated parmesan cheese |
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients except the cheddar cheese together and put in a 9 inch pie plate. 2. Top with grated cheddar cheese. 3. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. 4. Serve with tortilla chips or sliced bread like baguettes. |
