This is a fantastic dip/spread that I made for a day at the winery. Serve it with bread, crackers or even veggies!
Ingredients:
8 ounces artichoke hearts
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 cup italian cheese blend (shredded or grated)
1 garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoon lawry's seasoned salt
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon tabasco sauce (or to taste)
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and mix until thoroughly combined.
2. Refridgerate for at least an hour before serving.
