This is a fantastic dip/spread that I made for a day at the winery. Serve it with bread, crackers or even veggies! Ingredients:
8 ounces artichoke hearts |
3/4 cup mayonnaise |
1 cup italian cheese blend (shredded or grated) |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1 teaspoon lawry's seasoned salt |
1 teaspoon soy sauce |
1 teaspoon tabasco sauce (or to taste) |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and mix until thoroughly combined. 2. Refridgerate for at least an hour before serving. |
