ARTICHOKE CHEESE DIP This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Hartford Estate in Mesquite Texas in 1991. Ingredients:
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
1/2 cup shredded pepper jack cheese |
1/8 teaspoon onion salt |
1 teaspoon dill weed |
1/8 teaspoon lemon pepper |
6-1/2 ounces marinated artichoke hearts drained |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Combine all ingredients in a 2 quart baking dish. 3. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes. |
