Nice vegetable side dish. Ingredients:
4 cans artichoke hearts |
2 cloves garlic, crushed |
1 cup italian breadcrumbs |
parmigiano-reggiano cheese, freshly grated |
Directions:
1. Drain artichoke hearts well. 2. Layer in narrow casserole dish. 3. Sprinkle crushed garlic over artichokes. 4. Sprinkle evenly with breadcrumbs. 5. Top with a generous amount of Parmesan. 6. Cover and bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees, then uncover and let brown for 10-15 minutes more. |
