They are soooooooooo good. Ingredients:
2/3 cup cheese (parmesan & romano together) |
2 eggs (beaten) |
1/3 cup breadcrumbs (seasoned) |
1/3 chopped onion (diced) |
1/4 cup breadcrumbs |
1/4 cup mixed cheese |
3 cloves garlic (crushed) |
1 can artichoke heart |
Directions:
1. Drain and dice artichoke hearts, mix seasoned bread crumbs, eggs, and 2/3 cup mixed cheeses together. 2. Fry and brown onion & garlic in a little oil. 3. Add the rest to artichoke mixture. 4. Make into balls and roll into 1/4 cup bread crumbs and 1/4 cup mixed cheeses. 5. Warm them in the oven at 350 deg. until golden brown. 6. Try not to cook |
