From my church's cookbook. I think it would be good served with toasted pita bread or tortilla chips. Haven't tried it yet. Ingredients:
2 (14 ounce) cans artichokes |
1 cup mayonnaise |
1 cup parmesan cheese |
8 ounces mozzarella cheese |
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Drain and chop artichokes. 3. Mix all ingredients together. 4. Bake at 350 until bubbly. |
