Artichoke and Tarragon Dip |

Ingredients:
12 ounces canned marinated artichoke hearts, coarsely chopped |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1/2 cup sour cream |
1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese |
3 tablespoons chopped fresh tarragon or 1 tablespoon dried tarragon |
salt & freshly ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and place in a 3-cup ovenproof baking dish or casserole. 2. Bake in a preheated 350F oven until heated through, about 30 minutes. 3. Serve with raw vegetables, chips, or crackers. |
