Artichoke and Spinach Dip |

A warm dip that is great at a get together or an appetizer to a smaller dinner. Ingredients:
1/8 cup of dry feta cheese |
2 cups parmesan cheese |
1 (10 ounce) box frozen chopped spinach, thawed |
1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped |
2/3 cup sour cream |
1 cup cream cheese |
1/4 cup mayonnaise |
2 teaspoons garlic, minced |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon pepper |
pita chips |
sliced white bread, loaf |
Directions:
1. Drain and Chop Spinach. 2. Drain and Chop Artichokes. 3. Combine feta, parmesan, sour cream, cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic, salt, and pepper with the spinach and artichokes. Mix together well. 4. Bake at 375 degrees for about 25 minutes I use a glass round baking pan. 5. Serve warm with pita chips and bread slices. |
