This makes a pretty presentation for a luncheon. Any leftovers make great sandwiches. Ingredients:
2 cans chunk light tuna, drained and flaked |
1 c. chopped canned artichoke hearts |
1/2 c. sliced olives |
1/4 c. chopped scallions |
1/3 c. mayo |
3 cloves garlic minced |
Directions:
1. In a med bowl, combine all the ingredients. Serve on a bed of lettuce or spinach with sliced tomatoes, or use to stuff hollowed out tomatoes or puff pastry shells. |
