I love artichoke dip, and this is one of my favorites. Ingredients:
1 small can artichoke hearts - drained well |
8oz. jumbo crab meat |
3/4 cup mayonaise |
1 tbsp. old bay seasoning |
1tbsp. dijon mustard |
dash of tabasco or xtra dashes depending how spicy u like it |
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese |
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese |
salt and pepper to taste |
baquette slices |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven 350 2. Chop artichoke hearts finely 3. Combine in a bowl Mayonaise, old bay seasoning, dijon mustard, tabasco, salt, pepper mix well 4. add cheddar cheese, mix in artichoke hearts 5. fold in crab meat 6. Place on a baking dish 7. Sprinkle with Parmessan Cheese 8. Place in oven for 25 min |
