Another vegetarian recipe to use up leftover pasta from Real Simple March 2009.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups cooked pasta
6 chopped artichoke hearts
2 tablespoons chopped roasted almonds
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients and refrigerate.
