                    Another vegetarian recipe to use up leftover pasta from Real Simple March 2009. Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                1 1/2 cups cooked pasta  |  
                                                6 chopped artichoke hearts  |  
                                                2 tablespoons chopped roasted almonds  |  
                                                2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese  |  
                                                2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil  |
