Simple and fast way to cook an artichoke. Ingredients:
Directions:
1. Rinse Artichoke 2. Cut off the stem and the tips of the pointy leaves 3. Spread the sections of the Artichoke under the faucet and capture some water. 4. Put the Artichoke into a plastic bag (Don't seal it - or it will explode!) 5. Toss the Artichoke into the microwave for 6 minutes. 6. Viola! Done! 7. Serve with Melted Butter with lemon or Mayonaise or.....? |
