Una preparacion de Arroz Chaufa con 1 pollo entero y con 2 tazas 1 media de arroz. Con 6 huevos, 1 atado de cebolla china. Ingredients:
5 tbsp oil |
2 1/2 cups rice |
1 (300g) scallion, diced |
6 eggs, fried |
10 tbsp soy sauce |
3 tbsp salt |
3 tbsp black pepper |
600 g chicken, meat only, fried |
Directions:
1. Fry the chicken with oil, black pepper and salt 2. Add the scallion diced 3. Add the Fried egg (with salt) diced 4. Add the soy sauce. 5. Mix everything... voila! 6. This is not diet. |
