Fantastic, sweet and rich! One of my favorite frostings! I tried my first cake-mix cake, and I cut this recipe off the box. Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter |
2 cups powdered sugar, sifted |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
3 tablespoons heavy cream |
Directions:
1. Whip butter until creamy and soft.
2. Sift in confectioner's sugar, combine well.
3. Add vanilla and cream, whip until well combined and at desired spreading consistiency.
