Aromatherapy Migraine Ease |

I suffer from migraines and in an attempt to ease them I turned to aromatherapy. I tried this combination of oils and it really helped. This smells nice, like a trip to the day spa, and it's very soothing. I often put one of these in my car, it's a great air frshener for small spaces. Ingredients:
1 drop peppermint oil |
1 drop rosemary oil |
4 drops lavender oil |
1 drop eucalyptus oil |
1 large cotton ball |
Directions:
1. Place drops of oil on one side of the cotton ball (or you can use a thick piece of guaze). 2. Place cotton ball in a room by where you are sitting or resting. 3. The aroma will ease the pain. |
