Dried beef is a staple in the army and it makes for a tasty wrap appetizer when mixed together with cream cheese and ranch dressing mix! Ingredients:
1 package dry ranch dressing mix |
8 ounces cream cheese |
3/4 cup sour cream |
1 package budding® beef, cut into tiny pieces |
1 small onion, diced |
1-4 ounce can diced green chilies |
2 soft flour tortillas |
black olives, pitted, drained and sliced (optional) |
shredded cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine sour cream, cream cheese, dry ranch mix, beef, onion and chilies. 2. Mix well. 3. Spread mixture evenly onto flour tortillas. 4. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese and diced black olives. 5. Roll tight. 6. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. 7. Slice into 1-2 inch pieces and serve with salsa. |
