Ingredients:
24 jalapeño peppers with stems |
3/4 pound ground pork sausage |
1/2 (5.5-ounce) package seasoned coating mix for chicken |
Directions:
1. Cut peppers in half lengthwise; remove and discard seeds. 2. Press about 1 1/2 teaspoons pork sausage into pepper halves; dip stuffed sides in coating mix. Place, stuffed sides up, on a lightly greased baking sheet. 3. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes. |
