Hot and Spicy and tasty! Ingredients:
6-8 jalapeno peppers |
8 oz. monterey jack cheese, grated |
1/2 lb. hot pork sausage |
5 oz. bisquick |
1 pkg. pork shake 'n bake |
1 egg, beaten |
Directions:
1. Split peppers. Remove seeds. Stuff inside of pepper with monterey 2. jack cheese. Combine cheese, sausage and bisquick. Wrap dough 3. around pepper. Roll in beaten egg. Roll in shake 'n bake. 4. Bake at 5. 325 for 20-25 minutes. |
