Arkansas's version of one of the best candies ever made....so rich and good.... my cousin makes these and gives them away in her Christmas baskets....They are wonderful..... Ingredients:
1 pkg kraft caramels |
2 cups broken pecans |
1/2 block paraffin |
2 to 3 tablespoons milk |
1 large package of milk chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. Melt caramels and milk in top of double boiler 2. Beat for 3 minutes 3. Add pecans and drop on buttered platter or waxed paper 4. Melt choc chips and paraffin or even a little less paraffin 5. Dip caramel nut drops in mixture and cool on wax paper |
