Another of my daughters recipes from her 10 yo period of creativity. Ingredients:
15 1/2 ounces pinto beans, canned |
1 lb ground beef |
1/2 cup shredded double cheddar cheese |
1 1/4 ounces taco seasoning |
3/4 cup water |
1 pinch salt |
soft taco-size flour tortillas |
spices, & toppings |
Directions:
1. Brown beef in skillet over medium low heat. 2. Add taco seasoning and water to the beef and stir. 3. Add canned pinto beans to the mixture and stir until hot. 4. Mix in cheese and heat through until cheese is melted. 5. Add any additional spices you like. 6. Serve in rolled soft taco shells. 7. Add toppings of your choice. 8. Enjoy! |
