A drink from the Aria Bar in Peking, China. Taken in a book. Ingredients:
1 piece brown sugar |
3 drops angostura bitters |
1 ounce grand marnier |
champagne, to complete |
Directions:
1. Put the lump of brown sugar in an iced flute of champagne. 2. Pour Angostura, in a way that the sugar get wet. 3. Add Grand Marnier and stir quickly. 4. Complete with champagne and garnish with a zest of orange. |
