All the way from the Arctic wastes of your freezer comes this blast of frozen pleasure to help cool and refresh you in summers heat. The fruit, berries and nuts are good for you too. Ingredients:
1 peach, frozen in slices (or dice) |
10 blueberries, frozen |
1 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt (reduced sugar, frozen) |
1 1/2 teaspoons crushed pecans |
1/2 cup skim milk (or 1%) |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients into blender. Blend until smoothie consistency is reached. |
