A pretty good clone recipe from Arby's. Adapted from a Todd Wilber recipe. Ingredients:
1 cup ketchup |
2 teaspoons water |
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/4 teaspoon onion powder |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon tabasco sauce |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and cook over medium het, stirring constantly, until the sauce begins to boil, around 8 to 10 minutes. 2. Remove from heat, cover and let stand until cool. 3. Store in a clean, sterile jar with a cover. 4. Keeps in the fridge up to 1 month. |
