This recipe for green beans had a lot of parts, but in the end it is worth it. Ingredients:
1 cup arborio rice |
3 cups all-purpose flour |
1 cup semolina |
2 tablespoons fine salt |
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Grind the rice in a blender or spice grinder to a very fine powder. 2. Put it in a bowl and add the flour, semolina, salt and pepper. 3. Toss until well blended. 4. Store in a sealed container in the freezer for maximum freshness. |
