This is a very rich salad made with dry mint Ingredients:
4 roma tomatoes |
1 tbp dry mint |
2 tbp olive oil |
1 tsp salt |
1 lemon or lime |
add 2 cummber,1/2 small onion |
1 peace of radish |
2 tbp parsely |
Directions:
1. Chop and mix all of the ingre together and serve with arabic bread or with makluba rice |
