Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups flour |
1 cup sugar |
1/2 teaspoon baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon baking soda |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg |
1/2 teaspoon clove |
1 tablespoon cocoa |
1/2 cup crisco cooking oil |
1/2 cup sour milk |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1/2 teaspoon lemon extract |
2 eggs |
Directions:
1. Sift dry ingredients. 2. Add oil, 1/4 cup of milk and extracts. Beat 2 minutes. 3. Add rest of milk and eggs; beat 2 minutes. 4. Pour into greased 1 1/2-quart ring mold. 5. Bake in 350° oven for 25 to 30 minutes. |
