Very Chunky Chili for those non spicy folks Ingredients:
5 (16 ounce) cans red kidney beans |
2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans diced tomatoes |
2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans tomato sauce |
2 lbs ground beef |
chili powder |
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
1 cup sour cream |
Directions:
1. Cook up ground beef in skillet. Mix ground beef, kidney beans, diced tomatos, chili powder and tomato sauce in crock pot and cook for 1 hour. Serve in bowls with a scoop of sour cream and sprinkled with cheese. |
