This unusual, quick and easy appetizer has a tangy bite. Ingredients:
6 fresh apricots |
3 ounces prosciutto, thinly sliced |
Directions:
1. Halve the apricots, remove the stones and then slice each half in two, so that you have 24 pieces. 2. Wrap a small piece of proscuitto round each apricot quarter and serve. |
