1 lb ground venison |
2 ts beef bouillon granules |
1/2 c bread crumbs |
1 egg |
1 c chopped dried apricots |
pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients. Form into small meatballs 2. for fondue. 3. Makes 2 to 2 1/2 dozen meatballs. |
