Very simple. Very delicious.
Ingredients:
1 17 ounce can apricots
water
juice of 1 lemon
1 cup sugar
may double the recipe
Directions:
1. Process the apricots, (do not drain) then measure, set aside
2. Into a saucepan, measure amount of water *equal* to the amount of apricots
3. Add sugar to the water and simmer for 10 minutes
4. Add to apricots, add lemon juice
5. Mix well and pour into a safe-for-freezer dish
6. Place into freezer of the refrigerator
7. When frozen and ready to serve, spoon into dessert bowls, stemmed glasses, etc.
