I love these with eggs and pancakes....hope you all like Ingredients:
3/4 lb ground pork |
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs |
1/4 cup dried apricots, finely chopped |
1 tsp soy sauce |
1/2 tsp five-spice powder |
1/4 tsp garlic powder |
1 large egg |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350°. 2. Mix all ingredients. 3. Shape mix into 20 balls. 4. Place in ungreased 13 x9 x2 pan. 5. Bake uncovered about 20 minutes or until no longer pink in center; drain well. 6. Spicy Apricot Glaze 7. 1/2 cup apricot preserves 8. 1/3 cup sweet-and-sour sauce 9. 1/4 Tbsp five-spice powder 10. Mix together in small saucepan. 11. Heat and pour over sausage. |
