This cake recipe was given to me by a friend at work. It needs to be made a day ahead. It is so moist and wonderful. You will definately want to share this one with your friends. Ingredients:
1 yellow cake mix |
3/4 cup apricot nectar |
3/4 cup oil |
4 eggs |
1 teaspoon lemon flavoring |
1/2 cup powdered sugar |
2 lemons, juice of |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients well. 2. Bake 1 hour in 300 F oven in a greased and floured bundt pan. 3. Mix glaze ingredients and pour over cake while still hot. |
