2 cups toasted muesli |
1 cup dried apricot |
1/2 cup honey |
75 g melted butter |
3/4 cup coconut |
Directions:
1. Place muesli, apricots, honey and warm melted butter in food processor. 2. Process 2 - 3 minutes till well combined. 3. Roll into balls. 4. Coat balls in coconut. |
