Apricot, Mango and Blueberry Smoothie |

Found this in the 2003 cookbook, Slim Smoothies, then tweaked it a little. Ingredients:
1 cup apple juice, unsweetened |
1 cup fresh apricot, diced |
1 cup fresh mango, diced |
1 cup blueberries, preferrable frozen |
Directions:
1. Place ingredients in a blender & use the on/off pulse function to mix until mostly blended. Gradually increase the speed & continue mixing until smooth. 2. Pour into 2 glasses & enjoy! |
