Ingredients:
1 cup(s) butter |
1/2 cup(s) sugar |
2 cup(s) flour |
pinch(s) salt |
jar(s) large apricot preserves |
3/4 cup(s) flour |
1/4 cup(s) sugar |
1/4 teaspoon(s) salt |
1/4 cup(s) brown sugar |
1/3 cup(s) butter |
Directions:
1. Mix first 4 ingredients by hand. Press down in 10 x 15 cookie sheets with sides. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. 2. Remove and while hot spread large jar of apricot preserves on top. 3. Topping: put on next (Flour through butter) 4. Mix the above and sprinkle on top of preserves. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Watch so sides do not get too brown. 5. Top with drizzle of confectioners sugar and milk icing, while warm. |
