Ingredients:
1 pound asparagus
2 tablespoons apricot preserves
1 tablespoon soy sauce, low sodium
1/4 teaspoon garlic, minced
1/8 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400.
2. Place asparagus spears on a foil-lined jelly roll pan coate with cooking spray.
3. Combine apricot preserves, soy sauce, garlic and salt; pour preserves mixture over asparagus. Toss well to coat.
4. Bake at 400 for 10 minutes or until asparagus is crisp-tender. Serve immediately.
