I found this from Hormel while looking for a good apricot ham recipe for my boyfriend. We tried this and it was great, very easy too. Ingredients:
1 cooked ham, 5-6 lbs |
1 (12 ounce) jar apricots or 1 (12 ounce) jar peach preserves |
2 tablespoons dijon mustard |
2 tablespoons dark brown sugar |
Directions:
1. Heat ham in oven according to package directions. 2. Meanwhile combine preserves, mustard and brown sugar and set aside. 3. Remove ham 30min prior to end of cooking, drain any liquid, and return to baking pan. Spoon the mixture over the ham and return to oven for 30 minutes. 4. Remove from oven and place ham onto serving platter, slice and serve with any remaining preserve mixture. |
