Had extra apricot preserves. Started mixing things. This was the result Serve with apricot ham gravey if desired or just the pan juices. Ingredients:
8 -10 lbs cooked ham, bone in |
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves |
3/4 cup apricot preserves |
3/4 cup hot water |
3/4 cup brown sugar |
1 tablespoon dry mustard |
Directions:
1. Pre heat oven 350 degrees Place ham in a large baking pan. 2. Mix rest of ingredients. 3. Blend well. 4. Pour over ham. 5. Bake 20 minutes per pound. 6. Baste often with pan juices. 7. Slice ham. 8. Serves 12. |
