I found this recipe in Carando Spiral Sliced fully cooked ham leaflet. I have not tried this recipe, but I'm posting it for safe keeping. Ingredients:
1 cup apricot preserves |
1/4 cup orange marmalade |
2 tablespoons orange juice |
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg |
Directions:
1. Combine preserves, marmalade, orange juice, cinnamon and nutmeg; mix until smooth. 2. To glaze a ham cook ham in oven and increase temperature to 425. 3. Brush or spoon prepared glaze over ham and between slices if using a spiral sliced ham. 4. Bake, uncovered, at 425b for 8-10 minutes. |
