Second of three glazes from the Montreal Gazette. Again, goes well with beef, chicken, pork or fish, and should be brushed on during the last five minutes of grilling.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons apricot jam
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients in a small saucepan and simmer, uncovered, over medium heat for two minutes.
