This sweet and spicy dish is so delicious when paired with Orange-Ginger-Sesame Asparagus. Simply scrumptious! Ingredients:
1 boneless skinless chicken breast, pounded thin |
1 apricot, sliced |
1 -2 tablespoon crystallized ginger, minced |
1 teaspoon mrs. dash seasoning mix (original blend) |
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger |
Directions:
1. Layer the apricot and crystallized ginger over half the chicken and fold over. 2. Combine ground ginger and Mrs. Dash. 3. Season the chicken with ginger/seasoning mixture. 4. Grill on a preheated grill for 8-10 minutes or until fully cooked. 5. Enjoy! |
