I love apricots and thought this sauce sounded good. Serve with wontons or eggrolls. Ingredients:
1 (10 ounce) jar apricot preserves |
1 tablespoon soy sauce |
1 teaspoon prepared mustard |
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan. 2. Heat to boiling, stirring frequently. 3. Cool and store in refrigerator. 4. I'm guessing at the number of servings, but it does make about 3/4 cup of sauce. |
