This is another old recipe clipping from the kitchen of Wanda Cupp Thornburg, Moberly MO. Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) can apricots, drained and chopped |
1 cup crushed pineapple, drained |
1 (3 ounce) package lemon gelatin |
1 cup hot water |
1/2 cup reserved fruit juice |
1/2 cup miniature marshmallow |
1/2 cup chopped nuts, if desired |
1 cup whipped cream or 1 cup cool whip |
Directions:
1. Drain fruit and reserve juice. 2. Dissolve gelatin in hot water, add 1/2 cup juice, and chill until partially set. 3. Fold in fruit. Pour in a 9 x9 x2 pan. Top with marshmallows. Chill until set. Cover with whipped cream. Garnish with nuts. |
