Ingredients:
3/4 cup dried apricot |
1 1/2 teaspoons hot curry powder |
1/2 cup rice wine vinegar |
1 cup water |
Directions:
1. Purée all of the ingredients for 3 minutes, or until smooth. 2. Refrigerate overnight, and strain through a fine-mesh sieve. 3. Refrigerate until ready to use or for up to 1 week. |
