These are good for Sunday morning breakfast....use store bought waffles if you want it quick... or you can make your own.....your decision This is a Pillsbury recipe... Ingredients:
8 waffles, frozen kind or make your own |
1 (3 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened |
1 tablespoon honey |
2/3 cup canned apricot halves, chopped, drained |
1/2 cup syrup (your favorite brand) |
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, combine cream cheese and honey; blend well. 2. Stir in apricots. 3. Spoon and spread apricot mixture onto 4 waffles; top with remaining waffles. 4. Serve with warm syrup. |
