Ingredients:
3 pound(s) chicken |
2 tablespoon(s) flour |
3/4 teaspoon(s) garlic powder |
1 tablespoon(s) tarragon |
teaspoon(s) salt and pepper to taste |
1/2 teaspoon(s) ginger |
1 tablespoon(s) olive oil |
3/4 cup(s) orange juice |
1/4 cup(s) honey |
2 cube(s) chicken bouillon (or 1) |
1 whole(s) medium sweet onion |
5 clove(s) garlic |
1/2 cup(s) green onions |
1/2 cup(s) dried apricots |
3 cinammon sticks |
1 teaspoon(s) crushed rosemary |
Directions:
1. Mix flour through ginger; coat chicken in the spice/flour mix. Saute onion and garlic in oil then remove. Add chicken and brown on both sides. Combine OJ, honey, bouillon, and rosemary. Pour of chicken. Add remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling then cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 25+ minutes. Uncover & cook over medium heat for 3-5 minutes until glaze forms. |
