                    Chicken thighs baked in an apricot sauce. Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                8 chicken thighs  |  
                                                1 (14 ounce) jar apricot preserves  |  
                                                1 (3 ounce) packet lipton french onion soup mix  |  
                                                salt  |  
                                                pepper  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Preheat Oven to 400 degrees. 2. Lightly grease pan. 3. Place chicken in pan and season with salt and pepper to taste. 4. In a seperate bowl mix jar of apricot preserves and packet of Lipton french onion soup mix. 5. Pour mixture on to chicken and spread evenly over thighs. 6. Bake for 40-50 minutes, or until done, spoon sauce over chicken a couple times during baking.                              |
