This was an easy family favorite. Ingredients:
6 boneless skinless chicken breasts |
1 package dry onion soup mix |
1 (12 3/4 ounce) jar sugar-free apricot preserves |
Directions:
1. -mix apricots and onion soup mix together. 2. -put chicken in crockpot. 3. -smother chicken in sauce. 4. -cook on low 4-6 hours. 5. -serve with sauce divided. 6. ***eat over rice for additional points. 7. WW=4 pts. |
