Apricot Cheesecake Tarts

Sweet,chocolate and apricot cheesecake tarts. Great one bite or two bite desserts.
Ingredients:
3 squares (1oz each) bittersweet chocolate
1/2 tsp. shortening
1 pkg(2.1 oz) frozen miniature phyllo tart shells
1 pkg.(3oz.) cream cheese,softened
2tbs sour cream
2tbs. confectioners sugar
2tsp apricot nectar
3 dried apricots,cut in thin strips
1 to11/2 tsp.grated chocolate
Directions:
1. In a small microwave-safe bowl,melt bittersweet chocolate and shortening;stir until smooth. Brush over the bottom and up the sides of tart shells. Refrigerate for 15 mins. or till chocolate is set.
2. Meanwhile,in a small mixing bowl,beat the cream cheese,sour cream and confectioners sugar until smooth. Beat in the apricot nectar. Spoon into shells.. Cover and chill for at least 20 mins. Just before serving,top with apricot strips and grated chocolate.
